Client should provide food, cake or cupcakes, juice, tea or lemonade, utensils and candles along with cake server for the celebration cake.
All parties must be held on the first level or floor. Graceful Celebrations will not be able to lift heavy party items to levels above the first floor.
Graceful Celebrations is a mobile event planning business. All parties will be held at the client’s home or chosen venue.
Smoke free environments are encouraged.
If adding on costumes, client should ensure children arrive with leotards and tights/bike shorts or under shirts and leggings. Client is responsible for advising party host of guest allergies to fabric. Graceful Celebrations is not responsible for allergic reactions to costume fabric.
Messy foods should be avoided as to not stain costumes and materials. A suggested food list can be provided.
No Shows: If a guest does not attend the party, you will still be charged for the final head count given prior to the event.
Make-up used is non-toxic. Client is responsible for advising party host of guest allergies and/or special needs. Graceful Celebrations is not responsible for allergic reactions to non-toxic make-up or materials used for application.
Graceful Celebrations reserves the right to utilize event photographs for business and advertisement purposes.
Event host is not responsible for uncooperative guests or guests who choose not to participate and guest who become ill during the event. Attendees who choose not to participate or become ill will need to be attended by you. It will be the responsibility of the client or parent to attend to non-participants or guests who are ill.
Guest under the age of 4 must be supervised. Party packages include the guest of honor and guests included in the final head count. Siblings not included in the final guest head count, will not be permitted to utilize the party equipment.
After the event has started, event will not restart for late arriving guests. Late arriving guests will join in at the point where the party has progressed to according to the event schedule.
Mileage fee: $20 additional will be applied to parties 25 miles from zip code 20724. If mileage is over25 miles, please request a quote for mileage fee.
Provide an adequate parking space to unload party supplies as well as easy access to the party area
Provide a clear open space for party set up and all other party activities
Remain present for the entire party
Provide a private space for dress up
Provide a waiting area for parents
Please ensure all pets are maintained separate from the party area
Ensure guests arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to the event
Deposits and Fees
A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is due at time of party booking to reserve the requested date and time.
Final payments are due the Monday before the party.
Payments should be made using Paypal. Credit cards are accepted and will incur a processing fee. Personal checks are not accepted.
All deposits will be applied to the final cost of booked event
Cancellations should be sent in writing by email. Deposits are non-refundable.
Graceful Celebrations will not be responsible nor liable for accidents or damages caused during your event. The party host will make every effort to ensure the client, venue and guests are treated respectfully.
